How do I make a postcard?
On Home, tap Explore and pick a theme: Around the World, Fairytale Land, Wild Nature, or Outer Space. In Around the World, choose a place on the map. Open a scene and tap pieces in the tray to add them. Drag, rotate, resize, or layer pieces until the scene feels right, then tap Done to save it as a postcard. You can revisit the steps in Settings → How to play.
What are Journey and Free Play?
Each new discovery scene you complete gives you a sticker. Reaching journey milestones unlocks extra backgrounds. Stickers and backgrounds you have earned can be used as often as you like in Free Play, which you open from Home.
Where are my postcards? Can I share one?
On Home, tap Collection to open your travel journal, then select a postcard. Its Actions menu lets you share, favorite, rename, edit, or delete it. Sharing opens your device's share sheet, where you choose the destination. Paper Worlds does not automatically upload the postcard to us.
How do I restore a purchase?
Tap the shopping-bag button on Home to open the Shop, then tap Restore purchases at the bottom while online. Use the same Apple Account you used to buy World Passport. If a purchase is still missing, email support with a short description of the issue. Please do not send a full payment card number.
What does World Passport include? Is it a subscription?
No subscription. World Passport is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks all current and future discovery scenes. Many scenes are free to play without it. Stickers and Free Play backgrounds are still earned by completing scenes; buying World Passport does not grant them right away. The App Store shows the price before you buy.
What happens if I delete the app?
Your postcards and local progress are stored on your device. Deleting the app may remove them, and we do not have a server copy to restore. Restore purchases in Shop can recover eligible purchases associated with your store account, but it does not recover your postcards or progress.
Privacy
Postcards stay on your device; app usage and purchase information are handled by our service providers.
