App license
TOEIC Mnemonic is offered under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). We do not provide a separate custom EULA. The linked Apple agreement governs your license to use the app and content obtained through it.
Lifetime unlock
The app offers a free sample and an optional one-time lifetime in-app purchase that unlocks the full TOEIC vocabulary collection and unlimited Part 5 practice in the app. It is not a subscription and does not renew. The App Store displays the applicable local price and confirms payment before purchase. Apple handles billing and any refund request under its policies. You can restore eligible purchased access in the app while signed in to the same Apple Account; restoring access does not recover locally stored study history.
Learning content
The lessons, mnemonics, review schedule, and practice questions are study aids. They do not promise a particular TOEIC score or represent an official TOEIC exam. TOEIC is a trademark of ETS. This app is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ETS.
